- Stenotypist (BS-14) (English)

Qualifications/ Experience
- Intermediate
- The maximum speed of 8040 w.p.m in shorthand & typing respectively.
- Must be computer literate.

- 18-25 Years
2. Name of the Post & pay of scale
- Cashier (BS-14)
No. of posts
- 01
Qualifications/ Experience
- Graduate/B.Com
- Must be computer literate.
- Preferably Accounts iterate.
- The selected candidates shall have to undertake 06 weeks IT Basic Training Course including MS Office conducted by the NITB within one year.

3. Name of the Post & pay of scale
- LDC (BS-09)

Qualifications/ Experience
- Matriculation with typing speed of 30 wpm
- The selected candidates shall have to undertake 03 weeks IT Basic Training Course including MS Office conducted by the (NITB) within one year.

Terms & conditions:
Recruitment to the above posts would be temporary and subject to the following conditions:-
- Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/meet.
- Five (05) years general age relaxation will be allowed according to Government Policy.
- The application form can be downloaded from the site of the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training. www.mofept.gov.pk
- Applicants as of now in Government service should apply through proper channel and would be needed to produce NOC at the time of the meeting.
- A candidate may apply for more than one post by submitting a different application form for each post.
- Applicant shortlisted for the meet will introduce his/her original documents along with set of validated copies of degree/certificates etc.,
- Information provided in the application form will be checked and in case of any bogus or forged information and phony or bogus documents Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training reserve the option to cancel candidature at any stage (even after employment, if so discovered later) and to start legitimate action against the applicant.
- Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training reserve the option to cancel the recruitment process partially or whole, increase/decrease the number of posts according to requirement against any post at any phase without appointing any reason.
- No TA/DA would be admissible for showing up in the test/meet.
- Applications along with a copy of CNIC and two (02) passport size most recent photographs, on the prescribed format will reach to Section Officer (Admn), M/o Federal Education and Professional Training, Block-C, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad inside 15 days after issuance of this advertisement. Applications, incomplete or received after the due date will not be entertained. Kindly do not attach some other documents with the application form.
